Come join us for a Barbell Clinic taught by our very own trainer Brian Swihart! This clinic will be dedicated to the deadlift and bench press. This is open to the public and members. We encourage everyone to attend to develop their lifting skills. This will be a judgment free zone to learn! All skill levels welcome. Unlimited Members can attend for free, Limited members ($10), public ($10).
