Wabash CrossFit and Fitness offer much more than CrossFit workouts with a kettlebell! If you’re looking for something new - maybe you’re in a fitness program and ready for a change or maybe you’ve decided it’s time to start one - try out one of our functional, constantly-varied fitness programs. From improved health to weight loss to better performance, Wabash CrossFit’s fitness programs are just what you’ve been looking for. 

  • CROSSFIT

    CrossFit is a results-driven total body program using Bodyweight Movements, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Assault Bikes, Rowers, Weightlifting, Dumbbells, and much more. Designed for High Calorie Burn, Muscle Definition, Strength, and Athleticism.

    5:00am - 6:00am
    9:00am - 10:00am
    Noon - 1:00pm
    4:30pm - 5:30pm
    5:30pm - 6:30pm
    Saturday
    8:00am - 9:00am
    9:00am - 10:00am

     

    All classes begin promptly on the hour and will follow with a coach led warm-up, followed by the programming of the day.  Punctuality is important.
     

  • HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY 

    INTERVAL TRAINING)

    Our simple but potent functional training program. HIIT eliminates the barbell and complex gymnastics movements but packs a punch! HIIT is a beginner friendly 30-45-minute group fitness program that focuses on scalable, functional and effective movements to ensure that you are burning calories and strengthening your body while having fun!

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    6:00am - 6:45am
    Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

    6:30pm - 7:15pm
     

    All classes begin promptly on the hour and will follow with a coach led warm-up, followed by the programming of the day.  Punctuality is important.
     

  • OPEN GYM

    All members can take advantage of Open Gym. Train a skill, work on something extra, develop your strength, or cool down and stretch after a challenging workout. 
    Feel free to train as needed during any of our Open Gym hours. Always see a trainer if there is anything you are uncomfortable with, including, but not limited to: coaching, skill development, lift assessment, nutrition support, programming direction, and more.  This is a great time to make up a missed workout, develop a skill, or work on a weakness.

  • CROSSFIT KIDS AND TEENS

    WCF Kids is dedicated to giving youth the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level. This youth fitness program is founded in and utilizes the principles of health and activity. Whether your young athlete is a beginner to a fitness program or a highly skilled sport specific athlete, WCF kids is for young individuals seeking a high quality functional fitness program. 
    WCF Kids and Teens focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the athlete’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments. This Program is for youth of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 3 to 18 years old and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays.

CHILD WATCH

We offer Childwatch Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to our monthly members for the 9am CrossFit class.
