By definition, CrossFit is , " performing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity." However, CrossFit is so much more than that. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that increases an individuals work capacity and prepares them for life's challenges.
Crossfit is known to also increase ones mental strength while improving important health markers such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and help with the symptoms of diabetes.
Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of CrossFit is the community and comradery that is formed with everyone who walks through our doors.
